FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (September 16, 2025) - Master-at-Arms Chief Petty Officer Shavaughn D. Robertsbrooks salutes sideboys during a Chief Petty Officer Pinning Ceremony in the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Fleet Theater. 11 Sailors from CFAY and various tenant commands on the installation participated in the event. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
