NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO (Jun. 5, 2025) - Coaches in the first cohort of a first-of-its-kind Surface Force Leadership Coaching Program pose for a photograph upon finishing the coaching training at Naval Base San Diego. Officially established in December 2024, the program exists to train senior leaders, comprised of post-command surface warfare officers and command master chiefs, in coaching techniques to then provide coaching services to afloat command triads.
