U.S. Soldiers with 704th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), work together to administer aid during mass-casualty triage and evacuation training at Doña Ana Range Complex, N.M., Sept. 11, 2025. This training is critical in developing Soldiers’ proficiency to effectively prioritize, triage, and evacuate casualties, strengthening unit readiness and operational effectiveness for real operations. JTF-SB executes full-scale, agile, and all-domain operations in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to protect the territorial integrity of the United States and achieve 100% operational control of the southern border.
