JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Sept. 10, 2025) Isa Kujawski, wellness expert, Navy veteran, and suicide loss survivor, speaks to Sailors and civilians assigned to Commander, Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH) at Pearl Harbor Memorial Chapel, Sept. 10, 2025 during suicide prevention training. Kujawski spoke about the loss of her brother to suicide, how she navigated her own struggles with mental health, and the strategies she employed to overcome grief in an effort to heal. Navy Region Hawaii is the regional coordinator for all shore-based Navy personnel and shore activities in Hawaii, and its mission is to support the readiness of the fleet and warfighters.
