Chief Select Don Miller, center, cuts up a worn and tattered flag during a flag retirement ceremony that was held on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Historic Ship Nautilus (SSN 571) to mark the 24th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
