Military personnel in US Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are engaged in what appears to be a team-building or obstacle course exercise. Soldiers are climbing and working together on a large inclined wooden ramp structure while passing a large black barrel/drum up the slope. The activity takes place on a military installation with brick buildings and manicured grounds visible in the background.

Soldiers of the Chillicothe-based 1194th Engineer Company use team work to navigate a task of the Leader’s Reaction Course, May 5, at Camp Sherman, in Chillicothe. The Leaders’ Reaction Course is a 10-event course on the grounds of Camp Sherman. Each event is used to help evaluate leadership ability of an individual soldier. This is accomplished by each individual in a team being a leader for a task and serve as a team member or observer for the other tasks. These tasks help soldiers’ understand the necessity of teamwork, and thinking outside of the box. (Ohio National Guard photo by Spc. Brian Johnson, 1194th Eng. Company)
