The U.S. Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, hosted the fourth Executive Data Literacy Course, 09–10 September 2025, convening 25 senior leaders for two days of focused instruction and collaboration in advancing the Army’s pursuit of warfighting data dominance. Command Sgt. Maj. Mooso worked with other attendees to develop a framework to strengthen data literacy within their formations in direct support of the Army mission.
