Les Sobol, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), tells City of Yokosuka Mayor Katsuaki Kamiji what the friendship between CFAY and City of Yokosuka has meant to the base community during to an office call at Yokosuka City Hall Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025 in Yokosuka, Japan. Kamiji presented Sobol with a Letter of Appreciation for helping to strengthen the friendship and ties between the base and city while serving as the commander of the Navy's largest overseas installation.
