Joshua Schultz, a 509th Weapons Squadron (WPS) KC-46A Pegasus Weapons Instructor Course student, pilots a KC-46A Pegasus assigned to the 60th Air Mobility Wing while following a KC-46A Pegasus during a U.S. Air Force Weapons School (USAFWS) mission from Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, Aug. 27, 2025. USAFWS students undergo six months of training, log more than 400 flight hours and complete 15 flying missions and multiple ground missions, culminating in Weapons School Integration where they execute full-spectrum air, space and cyber combat operations alongside joint force components.
