U.S. Airmen assigned to the 321st Contingency Response Element arrive at Alexandria International Airport, Louisiana, September 7, 2025, in support of Exercise Storm Flag 25-11. Contingency Response Elements are comprised of approximately 108 Airmen, and are capable of standing up aerial port operations in austere environments with equipment flown in by three U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster IIIs.
