Alyshia Crawford, the officer selection officer with the Officer Selection Team (OST) Tampa of Recruiting Station Tampa, speaks with Michelle Cuidad Real, an ambassador of the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, while conducting a ribbon-cutting ceremony to showcase the activation of OST Tampa on Sep. 4, 2025, at the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce. The new team was created as part of a larger plan to improve how the Marine Corps finds and recruits future officers.
