Quartermaster Seaman Apprentice Paris Seeley, assigned to the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), and a native of Bangor, Maine, uses a sextant to record the solar azimuth for calculating the ship’s position at sea while standing quartermaster of the watch on the port bridge wing, Aug. 26th, 2025.
