Members of U.S. Coast Guard Port Security Unit 311 lower a training dummy patient from a pier during ARCTIC EDGE 2025 (AE25) at Port MacKenzie, Alaska, Aug. 6, 2025. The members trained to simulate the transportation and rescue of an injured person during wartime.
