Marines with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3 stand tall for a uniform inspection by Maj. Gen Steven Busby, the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general, and Sgt. Maj. Anthony Spadaro, the 3rd MAW sergeant major, aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., May 10. Busby and Spadaro will be touring each 3rd MAW unit to promote the committed and engaged leadership initiative. As part of the initiative, Busby believes that a return to basics, like uniform readiness, and empowering noncommissioned officers with increased leadership opportunities, will shape the air wing into a more positive future.
