JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKCAM (Aug. 28, 2025) Rear Adm. Brad Collins, commander, Navy Region Hawaii, conducts his first all hands call with Sailors and civilians under his command at the Pearl Harbor Memorial Chapel, Aug. 28, 2025. During the event, Collins said his priorities while leading Navy Region Hawaii are supporting fleet and warfighter readiness and operations; developing region installations; and ensuring the region is a good steward of its people and resources. Collins assumed command of Navy Region Hawaii, Aug. 5, and serves as the Hawaii regional coordinator for more than 40,000 Navy and government service personnel working at more than 270 shore-based commands located in Hawaii. Navy Region Hawaii is the regional coordinator for all shore-based naval personnel and shore activities in Hawaii, and its mission is to support the readiness of the fleet and warfighters.
