PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii – Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Command Master Chief Alex Jones addresses shipyard employees during a recent town hall on Aug. 5, 2025. Senior leadership regularly conducts town halls to keep employees informed and open a dialogue for questions and concerns within the shipyard. PHNSY & IMF's mission is to keep the Navy's fleet "Fit to Fight" by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
