USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Command Sgt. Maj. Raymond Wrensch and 16th Sustainment Brigade Commander Col. Christopher Richardson officially opened Baumholder’s annual Old City Fest Aug. 22 in downtown Baumholder. The festival celebrated German-American friendship with music and tradition.
