Pacific Missile Range Facility, Kekaha (August 21, 2025) — PMRF's Natural Resources Manager, Brooke McFarland discusses the historical preservation and environmental protection programs implemented on installation. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain training and testing range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air and space ooperations simultaneously. The U.S. Navy installation is located on Kaua`i and employs approximately 900 local residents and is third largest employer on the island, contributing more than $173mil to the local economy.
