A U.S. Army Soldier assigned to the 16th Sustainment Brigade renders a hand salute to U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Michael B. Lalor, Commanding general, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, prior to being presented with an impact award for his outstanding performance while serving as members of the brigade's honor guard team during a recently held, 21st Theater Sustainment Command change of command ceremony.
Maj. Gen. Lalor presented the award following an address which he delivered to 16th SB command teams who were present in attendance of the Brigade's, week-long Leader Professional Development seminar - Knight's Week, held at the Rhinelander Ballroom in Baumholder, Germany, on Aug. 19, 2025.
