CLEVELAND BAY, Australia (July 28, 2025) Sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) simulate loading ammunition from a barge during Noble Prime 25-3 in the Cleveland Bay, Australia, July 28. Noble Prime 25-3 is the latest in a series of biannual expeditionary rearmaments of U.S. Navy destroyers in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. Higgins is forward-deployed and assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
