Members of U.S. Coast Guard Port Security Unit 311 support a raise, tow, and beach (RTB) operation during exercise ARCTIC EDGE 2025 (AE25) at Anchorage, Alaska, Aug. 11, 2025. RTB is a tactical recovery process used to safely recover and exploit underwater objects—typically mines, unmanned underwater vehicles, or other foreign maritime material.
