Sgt. Maj. Katrina O’Coin, (then Sgt. Speer) assigned to the 759th Forward Surgical Team

2006. O’Coin received a retroactive Combat Action Badge from Command Sgt. Maj. Robert
Atkinson, HRC senior enlisted adviser, during a June 18, 2025, ceremony. While deployed,
O’Coin assisted in treating a Solider who was impaled by a impaled rocket-propelled grenade at
