U.S. Soldiers with 759th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), transport a simulated casualty to a helicopter while executing a training exercise with AeroCare Medical Transport pilots in Yuma, Ariz., Aug. 18, 2025. AeroCare Medical Transport provides critical air care services to remote areas in order to ensure a layered medical support plan.
