Daniel Flores both with Charlie Company, 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, assigned to 101st Sustainment Brigade, Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), during a .50-caliber machine gun live-fire training on McGregor Range Complex, N.M., Aug. 19, 2025. The unit conducted live-fire training to fulfill required training objectives to ensure readiness is maintained while deployed. JTF-SB executes full-scale, agile, and all-domain operations in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to protect the territorial integrity of the United States and achieve 100% operational control of the southern border.
