Spc. Allen Henson, an infantryman from Arapaho, Okla., assigned to Company A, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, holds a good form doing standing overhead press repetitions, June 1, at the Combat Outpost Attack, a patrol base in the Bayaa Community of the Rashid district in southern Baghdad. One of three Combat Outposts and Joint Security Stations in the "Regulars" Bn.'s operating environment, the combat outpost offers many of the same amenities of Forward Operating Base Falcon, to include a gym, MWR room, hot meals, and showers. Soldiers of Co. A "Gators" maintain a security presence supporting Iraqi security forces in the local communities in southern Baghdad 24 hours a day.
