Adamn Borsmon, Navy Munitions Command Atlantic Unit Charleston outgoing commander, is presented with a gift of gratitude during a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, Aug. 14, 2025. NMC Atlantic Unit Charleston successfully maintained 2,419 explosive line items and expended 80,324 man-hours, resulting in zero loss of capability and 100% effective mission execution in support of program, fleet, and joint and multinational exercise events.
