The DLA Energy 2025 Acquisition Workforce Symposium included a bowling competition social held at the Fort Belvoir Bowling Center on June 11, 2025. DLA Energy senior leaders and employees served as captains for the bowling teams. The teams gathered for a fun-filled evening of laughter, camaraderie, connections and lasting memories. The “Misfits” led by Sherry Dawkins, DLA Energy Acquisition Workforce Development Directorate, procurement analyst, came in third place and received a bronze medal. The “Misfits” were Mya Spicer, DLA Energy Pathways intern, Natasha Robinson, DLA Energy Utility Services Division, section chief contracting officer; Katie Richardson, DLA Energy Direct Delivery Fuels Division, branch chief contracting officer and Maria Spicer, DLA Energy Office of Internal Review, director.
