Nearly 20 Pennsylvania Army National Guard Soldiers are commissioned as second lieutenants during a ceremony conducted Aug. 16 at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania. The commissioning ceremony marked the conclusion of Officer Candidate School Class 65T, conducted by the 166th Regiment – Regional Training Institute, which trains more than 5,500 students annually in a wide variety of courses.
