Chief Petty Officer Joseph Hangren (left) assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40, hands over the operating key to a new water well to district police officer Thomas Betts and Minister of Water John Mue. The well, built by NMCB-40, can pump about 25 gallons of water per minute and is one of two being built in the village as part of several humanitarian projects by Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
