GREAT LAKES, Illinois (August 8, 2025) Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL) Executive Officer, Cmdr. Julius Dabu, takes part in the "Old Glory" ceremony during former NSGL Commanding Officer, Capt. Raymond C. Leung's retirement ceremony in Ross Theater aboard NSGL. The ceremony was presided by Commander, Navy Region Southeast Rear Adm.
