A barge transits from Northstar Terminal, Alaska, to Port Mackenzie during port opening operations for Exercise ARCTIC EDGE 2025 (AE25), Aug. 7, 2025. The port opening operations are conducted to assess Port Mackenzie as an alternate seaport of debarkation for the Alaskan Theater of Operations.
