A contractor destroys a U.S. Air Force F-15B Eagle aircraft, assigned to the 48th Maintenance Group for demilitarization at RAF Lakenheath, England, July 28, 2025. Originally delivered to the U.S. Air Force in 1977, the aircraft served with the United States Air Forces in Europe at Bitburg until 1981.
