Danna Harris, Director of the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Field Directorate Office Fort Eustis, Latosha McCoy, Deputy Director FDO Fort Eustis, and Gary Shaw, MICC Deputy Chief Counsel, were among the MICC primary staff and brigade-level key leaders who attended the 2025 MICC Senior Contracting Officer and Directors Acquisition Training, or SDAT. The event held Jul. 29 to Aug. 1, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas was a prequel to their large-scale annual event to ensure the contracting command’s alignment with the Army Transformation Initiative and higher command guidance.
