Service members receive a brief during the Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (JRSOI) program on July 2, 2025, at Camp Lemonnier. The JRSOI program briefs new arrivals on what to expect during their time at Camp Lemonnier, from understanding base services and local customs to navigating the unique environment of Djibouti.
Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where they are needed to ensure security and protect U.S. interests.
