U.S. Navy SEAC David L. This engagement reaffirmed U.S. and Coalition strength in preserving secure access to space-enabled warfighting capabilities. DEL 15 is U.S. Space Force’s command and control organization within U.S. Space Forces – Space that is presented to U.S. Space Command and the Combined Joint Force Space Component Commander to accomplish the NSDC’s protect and defend space mission.
