Navy Lt. Benjamin Wind, the battalion surgeon for 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines, surveys the damage done to an entire wing of the local hospital. In 2005, a suicide bomber used a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device to destroy the hospital's kitchen, laundry room and several operating areas. The hospital is one of the many projects partially supported by the Civil Affairs Group with the financial assistance of Combat Logistics Battalion 6 dispersing office. (U.S. Marine Corps photo/Sgt.
