YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 29, 2025) - Master-at-Arms Seaman Nehema Kilassa, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) harbor security department, conducts a man overboard training aboard a harbor security boat. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
