The District of Columbia National Guard’s 74th Troop Command held a change of command ceremony for the 273rd Military Police Company, welcoming incoming commander CPT Joseph Grassia and honoring the service of outgoing commander CPT Andrew L. Hargroder, at the D.C. Armory in Washington, D.C., on June 14, 2025. Lt. Col. During the ceremony, Lt. Col. Julie A.
