Panetta is given the Bravo Award by Deputy Director of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency Jonathan Cofer during the Pentagon Force Protection Agency's 10-year anniversary celebration at the Pentagon on May 2, 2012. PFPA was established as a Defense Agency on May 3, 2002, in response to the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks and the October 2001 anthrax attacks.
