U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Senior Chief Petty Officer Chase Speed assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) assesses a simulated chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear casualty during CBRN, enroute care training as a part of Talisman Sabre 25, aboard USS America in the Coral Sea, July 18, 2025. The medical drill evaluated the response and triage tactics of CBRN specialists, corpsmen and ship surgeons while providing medical care underway. Talisman Sabre is the largest bilateral military exercise between Australia and the United States advancing a free and open Indo-Pacific by strengthening relationships and interoperability among key allies and partners, while enhancing our collective capabilities to respond to a wide array of potential security concerns.
