U.S. Air National Guard aircrew assigned to the 163d Attack Wing, 163d Operations Group, 196th Attack Squadron operate an MQ-9 Reaper from a Ground Control Station at March Air Reserve Base, Calif., June 24, 2025 in support of the Integrated Training Exercise (ITX).
The ITX is a critical Marine Air-Ground Task Force exercise for the Marine Forces Reserve’s training cycle, confirming unit readiness through live-fire and combined arms integration. These Airmen, along with their active duty counterparts from the 492nd Attack Squadron, supported U.S. Marine Corps Tactical Air Control Party personnel from the Fire Support Battalion, 11th Marines by executing repeated close air support scenarios to sharpen joint coordination and combat readiness.
