Volk Field CRTC, WI - Airmen listen to Master Sgt. David Hartman, an instructor with TEC-U, Tennessee Air National Guard, give a class on Feedback and Change Management at the 2025 Enlisted Leadership Workshop on July 24, 2025, at Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center, Camp Douglas, Wisconsin. The Enlisted Leadership Workshop is a biannual workshop series designed to foster deliberate development within the enlisted corps in a continuous journey of growth, learning and adaptation for Airmen at all levels. The workshop was founded in 2015 by Airmen from the 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, who recognized a need for continual growth and development within the Guard and has since expanded to include Airmen from multiple states and wings.
