Equipment Operator 2nd Class Edwin Drescher and Construction Electrician 2nd Class Ross Davis, both assigned to Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 15, Task Force True Grit, attach a well pipe elevator clamp to the water well riser pipe so the pipe sections can be lifted and dismantled in 20 sections. NMCB 15 is currently assigned to the U.S. Joint Theater Engineer Brigade in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is an expeditionary element of U.S. Naval Forces that support various units worldwide through national force readiness, civil engineering, humanitarian assistance, and building and maintaining infrastructure.
