U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Nicholas Rojas, the adjutant with Marine Rotational Force – Darwin 25.3 stands in a ceremony during the Tiwi Culture Festival, in the Tiwi Islands, Australia, July 19, 2025. Marines took part in the Tiwi Culture Festival in order to support the community, participate in cultural activities, and learn more about the Tiwi people’s traditions. MRF-D is an annual six-month rotational deployment to enhance interoperability with the Australian Defence Force and allies and partners and provide a forward postured crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific.
