Mike Brown, director of Operations in the Information Environment, assigned to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, tosses the first pitch at a Duluth Huskies baseball game on July 1st, 2025. The Navy Parachute Team, the Leap Frogs, delivered the ball after parachuting into Wade Stadium. The Leap Frogs are the official parachute demonstration team of the U.S. Navy and are part of Naval Special Warfare.
