U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Chase J. Resseman, an intelligence specialist with 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, Marine Rotational Force – Darwin 25.3, plays an essential role in reducing the commander’s uncertainty and providing situational awareness on the battlefield with small unmanned aircraft systems during Talisman Sabre 25 in the Northern Territory, Australia. “Be passionate about your work, and it won’t feel like work at all," said Resseman. Resseman’s favorite part about his job is knowing his work makes a difference and enhances the commander’s ability to make critical decisions. Talisman Sabre is the largest bilateral military exercise between Australia and the United States advancing a free and open Indo-Pacific by strengthening relationships and interoperability among key allies and partners, while enhancing our collective capabilities to respond to a wide array of potential security concerns.
