U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. David Brown, rifleman, United States Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon, prepares to throw a dodgeball as a part of the Non-commissioned Officer Field Meet hosted by the NCO Guild at Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., July 23, 2025. The event brought together Marines from across the battalion for a day of physically demanding events designed to promote teamwork, build morale, and foster healthy competition. Events included relay races, tug-of-war and other strength-based challenges, each testing the endurance, coordination, and leadership of the Marines.
