U.S. Army Sgt. Uriah Clites, a public affairs specialist with the 109th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, 213th Readiness Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, poses for a portrait at Fort Indiantown Gap, July 23, 2025. The 109th MPAD is currently undergoing annual training to maintain readiness and learn new and innovative skills.
“This has absolutely been the best annual training I have ever taken part in,” said Sgt. Clites. “Our leadership has packed a lot of very valuable training into a prospectively short timeline and I think every one of our soldiers have developed to be more proficient technically much faster because of it. It’s really great to be in a unit with such high morale and cohesion; when a task need completed or someone needs help, there’s no hesitation.” (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Spc. Annie M.
