Brown Training and Education Center (TEC) speaks during a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly modernized Morrisey Hall, July 21, 2025, at the TEC, McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tennessee. The ceremony honored the legacy of Col. Edmund C. Morrisey, who served as the first commander and commandant of the Center and whose vision and leadership laid the foundation for enlisted professional military education within the Air National Guard.
