U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Terrell Horne (WPC-1131) held a change of command ceremony at the Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach, presided over by Chief Petty Officer Sean Regan, the Cutter Executive Petty Officer, in San Pedro, California, July 14, 2025. The incoming commanding officer, Chief Warrant Officer Troy Fuller, previously served as the 1st Lieutenant aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Aspen; the outgoing commanding officer, Chief Warrant Officer Jason Bussell, will be assigned to the first non-operational position leading practical instruction at Training Center Cape May.
